How do I track my order?
Go to Track Your Order, enter the email you used at checkout, and verify with the one-time code we send you. You will see live status and the courier tracking ID once shipped.
Are the products genuine?
Yes — everything we sell is sourced directly from the brands or their authorised distributors, and hand-picked by THE RFT coaches.
How are discounts applied?
Live offers apply automatically at checkout. If you have a promo code, enter it on the checkout page — a promo code replaces the automatic offer, and the better of the two is what you should use.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and wallets — all processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
Do you ship across India?
